Paddington Basin is perfectly placed in the heart of London at an exceptional waterside location, on the doorstep of Paddington’s sophisticated infrastructure and cultural surroundings. The development benefits from excellent communications, superb shopping and local amenities.
The redevelopment of Paddington Basin creates over 2 million sq ft of offices, homes, shops and leisure facilities. The Grand Union Building will provide approximately 650, 000 sq ft of offices on 2.75 acres of land at the eastern end of the Basin. The wider plans include four linked residential buildings rising to 14 storeys that will contain 270 new flats including affordable housing.
